Our designs are made using the most advanced technology available today and tools such as Solid Works®, Auto CAD®, Inventor®, PDM® and Finite Elements® by Ansys® system programs to ensure proper and effective long term performance of our products in use.

Nilon Valves is fully equipped to carry out critical Fusion Bonded Epoxy on Internal and External surfaces of valves and other piping components with our state-of-the-art continuous process plant, pictured here, with powder of all prestigious makes available worldwide such as 3M, Jotun, KCC, Akzo Nobel and other approved makes.

Our Assembly Shop has fully qualified employees and Supervising Engineers working to NILON Valves’ procedures to guarantee quality products assembled flawlessly to ensure that the products reach the customer without any defects having crept in.

Safety is always the first concern, and all pressure testing is carried out in a safe way. Test beds are equipped with computerized data logging equipment for continuous monitoring and performance analysis of the product being tested.

A Negative Pressure Paint Booth with in-house grit blasting (both, ferrous and non-ferrous) and humidity controlled ovens; NILON Valves has an in-house painting capability to meet a wide spectrum of customer specifications ranging from single coat systems to typically complex and critical multi-coat epoxy and polyurethane systems for offshore environments.

Nilon Valves’ responsibility is to ensure that all materials and equipment are properly packed for its intended mode of transport. Machined surfaces are protected with wood and sealed against corrosion. Sensitive instruments are removed and packed separately if required. Packing is performed in compliance with established and approved Packing Procedures and in compliance with Customer Requirements.
